Add telemetry to Toolpad #2234

Summary 💡

This issue investigates how we can capture some non-identifiable data points after a user has installed Toolpad. Approach:

  1. We could count IP address on our side.
  2. We can keep it Opt-out

We are interested in finding out which Toolpad features are being used by the developers. What north star metric should we measure? Some event suggestions:

  1. Toolpad version updated
  2. Query created (Custom functions or HTTP requests)
  3. Build/Deploy?
