Chart component improvements

Summary 💡

Collecting here some ideas for improvements or features that can be added to the Chart component, also so that we can keep tracking them:

• [ ] Bar stacking
• [ ] How can we accommodate for the scenarios discussed in https://github.com/mui/mui-public/pull/129? Also semi-related, did we go with the best option in having one data property per data series? Worth keeping in consideration just to make sure we made the optimal choice.
• [ ] Ability to reorder charts / data series? (z-index)
• [ ] More configuration options for the dots that show in line charts?
• [ ] More configuration options for axis ticks?
• [ ] Support another y-axis on the right side?

I don't know if it is a known issue, but the tooltip on the chart inside the editor is broken (it is semi-transparent), could be some positioning issue (z-index maybe?). It looks good in preview & production.
