add vue version #268

hello mui support react and angular please also add vue.js

@vahidalvandi - thanks for the suggestion. I've actually been thinking about this recently so this is a good time to start looking into it. Is this something you would like to contribute to?

This is an old issue, but I'd really like to see Vue support added as well. The current material design frameworks for Vue are quite heavy and this looks like it could be a lighter weight solution.

It would be great to see an MUI Vue library but I don't have any Vue experience so I'm not the best person to get it started. Would you be interested in working on this?

I've been working with Angular for over a year now and had briefly looked at Vue when I selected Angular to use for my project. I'm now helping with mui-angular for V10 and figured it might be interesting to see what it would take to make a mui-vue library.

Looked at the Vue docs and there are some similarities between AngularJS 1.x, Angular, and Vue so I started a simple library which can be found at the github link below.

This library has an appbar, container, panel, and button to use as a starting point. Due to my lack of experience with Vue, I can't guarantee how far I can get all components created, but will give it a shot. By following the mui angularjs 1.x library on github, a person should get most of it working. The following tutorial was used to initialize the library:
