Missing 10k DFI - stucked in the Bridge? #29

I need some help, please. I tried to transfer DFI from my Metamask to my native DFI adress on Kucoin (dQeZ4GW45KWuaJXVkoi26ykovph3ANyqAx).

First I tried with 10 DFI and after about 1 hour it did arrive. Then I took 10.000DFI but it did not arrive since two weeks!

I did send the DFI from my Metamask (0x253fDD9d1d1D30E4Bfc406277735c0Ee0B24Ab55), they are on the BSC-Mainnet (Token-Contract-Adresse: 0x361C60b7c2828fCAb80988d00D1D542c83387b50). Using the DefiChain Bridge V2 (defichain-bridge.com).

How can I fix the problem to get my DFI?
