Ivy Support #63

Is there a plan to support Ivy? Currently I get the following error during build:

ERROR in ./node_modules/ngx-owl-carousel/__ivy_ngcc__/src/owl-carousel.component.js
Module not found: Error: Can't resolve './src/owl-child.component' in 'C:\...\myproject\node_modules\ngx-owl-carousel\__ivy_ngcc__\src'

@elion It seems this library is dead. I migrated to ngx-owl-carousel-o
