although Socks proxy does not work as well for me (#103) I want to use an http proxy

What's the issue with the SOCKS proxy?

I do not find any HowTo to configure socks. When I use the config option as you can see in #110 it does not use the socks proxy at al.

And I do not find any proxy related code in this repo

SOCKS proxy is working on the stable release 0.4.3 (not the nightlies).
