Cannot open .doc file in demo instance #20

Hi Guys,

I've downloaded the module and install in my local machine but cannot review .doc file. After that, I also tried in your instance but there was the same result. image I've print the log to review the extension name and this is the result when I opened a .doc file image

image Please help me to check.

Can you print out the extension of the file in the log? The error should not occur with a doc file. And can you check if unoconv can be executed correctly from the console.

@keshrath: You can check my 2 last images, I printed the extension (image 2) and the result (image 3) Have no idea why .doc -> .wiz

I have difficulties to reproduce your bug and after a restart of the demo it seems to work there without problems.

Have you tried a completely new file?
