[12.0][muk_web_theme] Error on non-administrative user when no modules are installed

  1. Create new database
  2. Install muk_web_theme
  3. Create normal user, no administration permissions
  4. Log in on new user
  5. Error

I took the same steps, but I couldn't reproduce your error.

With your video I was able to reproduce the error. But in both cases with and without theme. So it seems to be an Odoo problem. Can you confirm that?

Yes, I can confirm, this is Odoo issue. I will report this issue to odoo.
