are you kidding? and here pip3 your module is not put out of the box on Windows, it means that users simply will not install it. And if you consider that pip3 is not there by default, then your advice is meaningless!

This module has dependencies as listed in the manifest file. If you do not want to install anything else you cannot use this module. cachetools and pdfconv can be installed via pip. For pdfconv to work you need either comtypes and a working Microsoft Office or unoconv and Libro Office.

You can also use the pip command under Windows if your system is configured correctly.
