Travis and bug fix. #2

This PR configures travis to exclude invalid ruby/puppet combos It fixes the lint checks so they pass when running under travis. It incorporates PR https://github.com/mukaibot/puppet-bamboo/pull/1

After this is merged, I still intend to do one more PR and bump the default version of bamboo to 5.6.1. These bugs were discovered during the course of testing 5.6.1. So.. I vote that you do not cut a new forge release until after I submit the pr for 5.6.1
