Implement onRemove on our LayerGroup wrapping #2

I suspect that, at least it should be like that ATM, removing GeoJSON layers from the Map (DOM) will fail.

Removing a GeoJSON Layer works fine for me, even without overriding the onRemove implementation. Closing ticket as invalid.
