Sometimes the "nun wiqayah" has kasrah, and sometimes it doesn't, but it reads "kasrah". Please look at the last ayah in Surah Jumuah.
In the Majidi script, the waw should have a single fatha (not a fathatain) and the small noon should have a kasra.

However, in this font, they forgot to remove the extra fatha on the waw, and forgot to put the extra kasra on the small noon.

That means you can't read it unless you know from before how to pronounce it.
