Messages are not being sent or received #1094

I am receiving this error when trying to send a message

Error: connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:5001 at TCPConnectWrap.afterConnect [as oncomplete] (net.js:1148:16) { errno: -4078, code: 'ECONNREFUSED', syscall: 'connect', address: '127.0.0.1', port: 5001 }

sorry, it was a problem on my db
