Whatsapp ban when i scan qr code #484

I am registered new number on whatsapp and send and receive message via phone but when i access whatsapp web whatsapp banned me.

How can i fix this problem?

Did this only happen once or it keeps happening with any new number?

Whatapp has been banning anyone that spams, you should never send messages to someone you've never spoken to before and most important, don't ever use yowsup-cli if you are not sure of what you are doing.

Check #416 to know more about what could be happening but here are a few recommendations:

Open whatsapp using a proxy (same proxy on the phone and computer), preferably from the contry you will send messages to
Have a real phone with whatsapp, some emulators may get you banned
Do a factory reset on the phone and wipe all cache from the browser
Don't be a spammer

this number new number never used before and registered with real phone. and never send any messages and spam. i did only scan whatsapp web qr code and whatsapp banned me.

Do you have any code AFTER you scanned the qr code ? Or is it just the qr code scan and that's it? If not, please include the code

just scan code and whatsapp show message on my phone. your whatsapp number isnt registered this phone after that l am registering request same number whatsapp show banned permanently because act against community rules.

That's very weird, there is no reason to be banned if that's the first time using this API. I would still suggest factory reset and proxy, if after this you still get banned you are doing something really bad, try sending an email to WhatsApp, they might try to explain what happened, because if you didn't have any code after the scan it's a regular whatsapp web..

i am scanning regular whatsapp code and banned immediately i think whatsapp collect my phone information such as imei and serial number because i am changing ip address every scan.

Whatsapp... they will do anything to ban the illegal bots I think it will not be long before they launch an official api for individuals and small businesses The way is to wait ...

I do not think so, it has been working fine here, I'm sure they will open the API for anyone that is willing to pay for it. There would be no illegal bot if bots were legal at all, Telegram for example seems to be doing fine even tough they don't have a big community Libs like this one will stay alive for a while until they make an accessible API
