I need my web application to connect with this solution is it possible or do you know any repository where it is implemented? Sorry for my english

This Api work over be whatsapp, thats is good to make a WhatsApp marketing but not is a Solution to make a Api over your Phone.... I think....

You can run a web-server in python and transfer messages between your app and python app by post/get requests, like that
