SSHFS - will not accept a password with a ' inside #115

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. set an ssh account with a password with a ' inside
2. try connecting to that account with macFuse+sshfs

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have a password with a ' inside and it's not accepted (when I ssh from
the command line, no problem), sshfs.app keeps showing me the password
dialogue 

With a different account/password, sshfs.app can connect without problem.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

SSHFS 0.1.0
MacFUSE 0.2.1
OS X 10.4.8 on MacBook (intel)
