SSHFS GUI doesn't handle first time SSH connections well #120

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. try and connect SSHFS to a machine you've never ssh'ed to before

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

SSHFS GUI loops prompting for password - it's clearly getting the
'are you sure you want to do this (yes/no)?' prompt from the underlying
SSH connection and not being able to handle it. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

OS X 10.4.8
SSHFS 0.1.0

sshfs.app is /unsupported/, open source, and available to volunteers to 
fix/enhance/replace.
