building macfuse breaks on case sensitive HFS filesystems #154

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.  Build the source code on a case-sensitive HFS filesystem
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
 I expect the code to build, instead, it fails on searching for the header kUNCUserNotification.h 
The actual filename is KUNCUserNotification.h, thus there is a typo in the 
source (fuse_ipc.c)
