Don't Warn Again _does_ warn again #192

Whilst testing under MacFusion issue_25

I opt to 

  Don't Warn Again

but the dialogue is represented every ~twenty seconds (the default).

Yes, I know about this. This was broken in 0.3.0 when I rearranged the 
"default", "alternate", and "other" buttons 
in the alert panel. In fusefs/fuse_ipc.c, where it says "if (rf == 
kKUNCOtherResponse) {", it should say 
kKUNCAlternateResponse instead of the "Other" response. The next release will 
have the fix.
