SpotlightFS write-protected #201

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Mount the SppotlightFS file system
2. Try to make a new folder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Per your docs, I should get a new folder with the contents being links to 
search results on the 
folder name. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest, on all counts. OS X, MacFUSE core and SpotlightFS.

Don't open /issues/ for SpotlightFS in this section--this is for MacFUSE Core 
only. SpotlightFS is unsupported, 
and clearly marked as such. We can discuss in the macfuse-devel mailing list 
though, so please move this 
question there.

(You can't just make the new folder anywhere in SpotlightFS--there's a 
structure to its contents).
