sshfs does not work with leopard? #300

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Application launches 
2. Prompts for password
3. Nothing happens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
log says Remote host disconnected. SSHing from terminal works just fine

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.0 running on 10.5.1
