Empty-generated image on one layer without visibility

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Write a basic example into a DIV tag.
2. Set the DIV visibility at "none"
3. Click on a link that shows the DIV.

The problem is that, if we put the data table in a layer with visibility to 
none, the image of the graph is generated but empty.

Attached is an example to reproduce the error.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest version. Over a Linux system. The error is reproduced in any browser.

I use exactly the same code you've just used (without the hide stuff) but it 
does not work for me, it looks like the attached image.. please help...

I'm using IE8 on Windows 7 .. the server is IIS7 on Windows 7
