harViewer in IE8 shows timing bars squeezed #55

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to 
http://www.softwareishard.com/har/viewer/?inputUrl=http://www.janodvarko.cz/har/
viewer/examples/inline-scripts-block.harp in IE8
2. Expand pageloads

I have been told that the same issue exists in IE7 also (not sure about IE6, 
IE9 works fine) 
I am attaching some screenshots.

Yes the problem is fixed in IE8 but still persists in IE7. Screenshot attached.

This issue has been fixed in HAR Viewer 2.0.13
