No handling of the window size for small desktop resolutions

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Change your resolution to 1366x768 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I can't see the "Start" button at the bottom of the window, it's off my screen. 
 Maximizing doesn't help.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0020

Please provide any additional information below.
Seems all that is needed is scroll bars.
