Allow restriction of units being built #128

Enhancement idea.  Would it be possible to allow the user to restrict the 
number of units they want in a build? Best example would be Day[9]'s first 
Funday Monday, where he prohibited Zerg players from building queens.  
Obviously, it wouldn't be ideal for finding the fastest builds possible, but it 
would allow for finding the fastest builds with certain conditions.

Are there any other times where this would occur except for queens?

The funday monday would be the only time I could think of... if the fastest 
build time requires a queen, why not build one?

If you are running a build towards, say, 10 roaches, the only other units it 
will produce will be drones and queen(s), in the smallest number possible. Both 
are fairly important early game.
