Gas extractor field doesn't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. input 6 gas extractors in the "final" or any "waypoint" tab
2. input some other requirements
3. see the program report "satisfied" with less than 6 gas extractors

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Satisfied.

Gas extractors: 6

Satisfied.
...
Gas extractors: 2

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v0015 on windows 7
