Limit algorithm to max of X of unit Y #67

The program frequently does things that a player would clearly not do: 2+ 
Spawning pool, 2+ Roach warren, etc. While running the algorithm longer will 
eventually eliminate these clearly inferior builds, It would be nice to have a 
settings page or something where we can place a cap on how many of each unit 
the algorithm will ever attempt to build. This would probably help an 
intelligent human make the algorithm fine real viable builds faster.
