New functions slows it down #84

Hi,
I noticed that enabling Pull?Push workers and use extractor trick slows this 
down, this is normal, although the slow seems a little too much.

This tricks are useful only at the beginning to optimize a build, after a 
period there is no point in extractor trick or pull push workers.

Can you put an option to disable those after some time or at a WP?

Also WPs could help you solve the problem much faster, can we have more?
As an Example, when i do want a build by 10 min mark, that is a long build, and 
i know i want an econ build, i force the WP0 like this: 2Hatch 1Pool by 3:50. 
That will force it to build something like 16Hatch 15Pool limiting the 
variations in the beginning very much finding a solution much faster.

Varying waypoint count would be good here.

Added the ability to add and remove waypoints.  Click the "WP+" tab to add a 
new waypoint.  Click the "Remove" button" to delete the waypoint (see attached 
screenshot).  Changes made in r111.
