Is the plugin compatible with SonarQube v9? We have SonarQube DCE v9 installed, but the server doesn't come up with this plugin in the extensions/plugins folder. After removing the plugin, the server started successfully.

Did you also put in the rules-3.xml and rules-4.xml in the /extensions/plugins/ as well?
