on windows, command prompt must have backslashes to run a cmd file at a relative path

I am also asking org owners to grant access to appveyor so the module can be tested on windows as well.

I will be fixing this in https://github.com/mulesoft-labs/api-console-builder/pull/22 so I am closing this one.
