Upgrading version of vscode to latest
DW-712 adding api to provide test items to render on the new testing view
DW-713 adding api to deliver test result cases.
Creating Test service with an initial implementation which will be the responsible for discovering and providing test items.

Git2Gus App is installed but the .git2gus/config.json doesn't exist.
