remove outdated topic #25

Requested redirect to runtime-manager/deploying-to-cloudhub or add a page-aliases to that topic for this one.

We moved the CLI instructions to deploying-to-cloudhub.adoc. Since this topic gets over 50 pageviews a month, redirect is needed.

I have a bunch of links to this topic in other repos, I need to remove them before this can be merged. Will link repos here when those topics have been updated.
