remove orphan #28

Waiting for redirect before merging: https://www.mulesoft.org/jira/browse/DOCS-5144

I did a local build of all versions of the doc and then searched for the string sync-api-apisync to find links but nothing was returned.

The redirect is ready to go at: https://github.com/mulesoft/docs-site-antora/pull/368 Let me know if the edits are already addressed here, and I'll merge both the redirect and the removal.

Closing this branch and creating a new doc PR after I've done all the other link changes for this file. Avoids unnecessary merging.
