Remove Exchange "Moved Topic" Page #9

Not sure what the purpose of this page is, but I noticed some issues:

This page doesn't currently show up in the docs navigation.
Has the same title as the main Exchange page, so Coveo results appear as duplicate even though they link to different pages (screenshot for example)

I think removing this page altogether might be the simplest way to solve those issue.

We have to do some cleanup before we can delete this page. I have a task for this, so will close this PR. Thank you for calling this issue out, it should be resolved in one-two sprints.
