Its pretty straight forward to understand steps explained on this page. stii for your refernce I am attaching my local machine anypoint studio run configuration screenshot so it will be clear where and how to configure properties. In this environments tab you can variable as env and provide value as dev, test, uat as per your requirement so that it will pick up that environment name property file.
