Selecting a STbooted server from location list in web extension fails conncheck #81

If a user is connected to Mullvad via a "normal" server, and then in the web extensions selects one of the STBooted beta servers, the conncheck fails and the browser connection seems to be blocked.

STbooted servers are for now excluded, we'll add them when they will be able to be used with non STbooted servers.

The connection check now works correctly with STBooted relays. Filtering of Stbooted relays will be removed with #122
