Alert users about MITM #277

From 2019 to now, Mozilla not do anything about to alert to the user about MITM certificates. If the user don't click in the certificate to view the info, the user never knows if they have a MITM certificate, for example. This a common behavior in antivirus, etc. If the browser not alert to the user, the user probably never knows about the MITM.

While this is something we would like to improve in the grand scheme of things, this is not currently an area of focus.
