Mullvad Browser works with any VPN, there's no detection of whether a VPN is in use or not.
Can you confirm you're using Mullvad Browser without any customization?
It's just hardened Firefox
I can assure you that it is FAR more than just preference changes and involves a large number of specific patches not even found in Firefox's code base.. etc etc yada yada yada. Please keep discussions on topic, thank you.
no work on ivacy vpn ( tested defaults settings and customization settings )
Same issue here with protonvpn. Some servers work, many don't. Connections with stock Firefox work perfectly but don't with Mullvad browser.

That's interesting coz I haven't faced ANY connection issues with mullvad browser + proton vpn. Works like a breeze! Thanks folks. How to support?

I'm using Linux, at the time only the US servers worked. However I'm trying to reproduce the issue now but all servers are working fine
I will close this issue for now.
If you have a similar issue in the future, please open a new ticket and provide the following information:
Thanks!
I have another VPN provider, and when i try to use Mullvad Browser, it leads to an error page "Hmm. We’re having trouble finding that site." whatever i look for online. As soon as I disconnect from my VPN, the Mullvad works smoothly.
Is my comprehension wrong when it says "The Mullvad Browser is a web browser with the privacy quality of the Tor Browser, to be used with a trustworthy VPN." on Mullvad Browser's page? Do they mean "with Mullvad VPN or no VPN at all" instead of "a VPN?"
