Mullvad Split tunneling not work as should #5046

Operating system: Windows 11

App version: 2023.4

I have mullvad working fine since 3 years, zero problems

I have Google Chrome excluded and working fine but since two days, I got message "Your Internet access is blocked" with error code "ERR_NETWORK_ACCESS_DENIED" on Chrome and

I tried everything with my firewall and everything was fine
I reset mullvad
I tried excluding Microsoft Edge and get same message "Your Internet access is blocked"
all apps not work, EXCEPT torrent apps works fine !!!!!
if I disabled VPN or removed apps from excluded menu is works fine
the problem in both OpenVPN and WireGuard

any idea?

I also have the same problem with split tunnelling. Windows 11 Pro 22H2 v.22621.2215 Mullvap app 2023.4

I'd recommend sending a problem report through our app. It goes to our support (support@mullvad.net) and they can probably help you better in case they are aware of a solution to this.

Same issue, been using it for years, and I've only just gotten this recently. Also on Win 11 and latest version of Mullvad.

Please send problem reports and reference this issue in the message. Without logs we have no chance of reproducing this. Would also be good if you could specify more information that you think could be valuable here. Such as Chrome version, any anti-virus/internet security software you might have installed etc.

But again, taking this primarily via support first is probably the best for everyone.
