Submit button keeps disabled after selecting file on Safari #15

Describe the bug Submit button keeps disabled after selecting file on /fazer-denuncia.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://multei.com.br/fazer-denuncia using a iPhone;
  2. Click on (Select File) or Selecionar Arquivo;
  3. Take a picture or choose an image from your Photo Library (or Fototeca);
  4. Try clicking on button Enviar foto da frente;
  5. See that it keeps disabled.

Expected behavior Submit button should be enabled after choosing an image.
