Thanks. It seems Ubuntu 16.04 xenial will EOL in April. What should the next docker image be based on? Ubuntu 18.04 bionic?

I guess so - I presume that xenial was chosen so that the earliest operating system would still be supported, and so the same logic in two months would lead to bionic.
