cpus_logon : unable to disable just some other credentials providers #104

In our company, some users use a smartcard and some users use multiOTP. So it's important to allow other credentials providers. But if we choose d option on cpus_logon, all other credentials providers are allowed on Logon screen, password credential provider included. And then you can logon with a password without OTP and with smartcard. It's problematic.

Hello, thanks for using our credential provider. We have a beta version where we added a registry key "included_providers_id" that forces specific credential providers
