MultiOTP credential provider client breaks Citrix 7.15 applications #92

Version: MultiOTP credential provider 5.9.5.6 Platform: Windows server 2016 Additonal: Citrix 7.15.4000.653

Installing the MultiOTP provider causes Citrix to no longer be able to serve apps, no matter what settings for login is used. Was hoping since Citrix works on the back of Remote Desktop Server, that MultiOTP would not be effected and settings for RDS would work, but sadly any application trying to start fades away and fails if the MultiOTP client is installed. Citrix shows the application trying to start, but eventually that closes. Logins otherwise seem to work, but other than initial, I spent most of the time checking settings to insure apps could run or not.

Process: add Credential provider to existing Citrix 7.15 farm, launch application before and after install, used snapshot to verify settings were modified properly and cleanly installed.

Hello, We don't have enough Citrix expertise in order to fix compatibility issues between multiOTP Credential Provider and Citrix. As multiOTP Credential Provider is registering an additional Credential Filter, it seems that it's the problem. We are sorry that we cannot help you rmore for this issue. Regards,
