Up and down arrows in UI no longer work #37

Seems to be a recurrence of a previous problem. The up and down arrows in the UI no longer work.

Up and down arrows did not work when the filter was active. I fixed this bug.

One problem is what to do when the currently selected segment is not visible due to the filter and the user clicks up / down arrow. In this case the current selection is set to the first visible segment, then the normal up / down functionality is executed.
