save notes automatically and popup notify #71

In addition, I can apply issues to them marking problems and leaving notes both in the source text and in the target text. For me, it would be better when I leave the segment, the notes I add could be saved automatically.

Also, have a popup notification to state when a note is saved:

When I save a note, I do not get any feedback. I only know that it worked if I click on another segment and go back to check.

When you save a note, there should be a simple verification that it has been saved.
