More text editing features in Notes

Some users have requested a more robust notes window:

• the ability to add bullets
• the ability to create a numbered list
• the ability to "undo" in the notes window.

From MIIS Test:

And the bullet, the serial number and the undo function can be added for taking notes. I think it will be more convenient for users to edit.
