Scoring needs to be more clear #80

Some users have reported confusion in how totals are calculated.

From MIIS Test:

For the Reports, there are arithmetic problems. For example, I have 3 Minor and 1 Major problems in Accuracy, the subtotal is 4, and that’s correct. However the total is 5. Quite strange!
