By tax type: missing cost basis on some of investments in account, how to show? #114

Perhaps a footnote, or other technique.

Currently, if all investments in account are missing cost basis..." missing cost basis shows up)

have improved lately in editor or accounts view. Still need to make tax type view better, I think
