Tax filing status must match the IRS definitions of: Single Married Filing Jointly Married Filing Separately Head of Household Qualifying Widow(er) with Dependent Child

Your drop-down of "Married Filing Separately (and living apart)" is incorrect, as you can file separately and live in the same household.
