treasury direct parsing grabs second dollar amount on line #294

I tried the import today and it was pretty slick but ran into a few issues that might be copy / paste issues... Tried to copy from Excel (into Notepad) and then into the import tool. Import button had no response. Not a problem and no request to fix. Did a fresh copy/paste from Treasury Direct and something seems off - after the second line the tool wants to import each bond with a basis of the current value of the prior bond in the list Hopefully this image link will come through: Image

I'm using Firefox, haven't tested in another browser but don't think that should matter. I tried pasting direct, pasting into Notepad first as well as adding tabs to replicate a status column -- same result each time.
